Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships across Victoria. Drive strategic sales initiatives to exceed financial and performance targets. Work closely with the recruitment team to support client needs and branch growth. Provide sales reports, market insights, and territory updates. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements. Maintain high service standards, manage inbound enquiries, and consistently meet KPIs. Identify opportunities within key blue-collar sectors including labour hire, manufacturing, engineering, mining, construction, and industrial trades. About You Proven 360 recruitment, labour hire, or blue-collar industry experience. Strong sales background with a track record of growing client bases. Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills. Customer-focused, professional, and consultative in your approach. Motivated, autonomous, and enthusiastic with strong influencing skills. Good understanding of WHS processes, CRM systems, and service delivery standards.
